Woods

The hardwood plywood is a manufactured wood panel made from gluing layers of wood veneers, with every layer of wood veneer placed in right angles to the preceding and following layers.

Our hardwood plywood uses wood veneers from Meranti, Jelutong, Keruing etc. species, giving it high planar shear strength, which makes the plywood suitable for heavy‐duty applications both indoor and outdoor.

PHENOLIC FILMED – FACE (TEGOFILM)

• Phenolic surface filmed plywood is made by bonding resin-impregnated paper sheets onto one or both surfaces to provide a smoother finishing and ease the stripping process for concrete formwork and encourage multiple usage.

WBP PLYWOOD

• Our WATER AND BOIL PROOF (WBP) plywood come from tropical hard wood that can be exposed to weather, water and moisture for a long period. It comes from 3ply, 5 ply, 7 ply, 9 ply according to the thickness of plywood.

MR PLYWOOD

• Moisture Resistant (MR) Grade / Interior Grade plywood uses melamine urea formaldehyde resin as bonding suitable for indoor furniture, Partitions, Exhibition Show Case.

BLOCK BOARD

• Block Board is a man-made board similar to plywood but the center layer or core is made from strips of softwood  and sandwiched between sheets of hardwood veneer, which is then glued under high pressure.
